By using Latido (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Latido scans websites and reports possible security issues (SSL certificate, email protection SPF/DMARC, exposed files, security headers) and offers monitoring with alerts. It is a best-effort informational tool, not a professional security audit nor a guarantee of protection.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that it detects every issue, nor its accuracy, continuity, or freedom from errors. It does not replace your own security measures.
You may only scan or monitor sites you own or are authorized to test. Using the Service for illegal activity, to attack or overload third-party systems, or to scan without permission is prohibited. You are solely responsible for your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latido and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, revenue, reputation, or any security incident. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the last 3 months (or USD 50 if no payment was made).
You agree to hold Latido harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles taxes. Subscriptions are monthly and you may cancel anytime; unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We may modify the Service or these Terms; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service's owner, and disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
